Handmade Disclaimer

You are purchasing handmade jewelry. The items you receive will vary slightly from the product picture due to being 100% handmade and designed. Any jewelry item you purchase is one of a kind and produced with love and care by Celest.

Processing time

Please remember that when your shipping label is printed you are automatically sent a tracking link, however that does not mean your package has already been taken to the post office, that just means your tracking label was printed in order to pack your items!

Processing time is about 1-2 weeks (7-14 business days), from packaging your items to taking them to the post office. Shipping time varies and updates will be available to you via your tracking link! Once shipped USPS takes about 3-7 days to ship within the USA and international orders can take anywhere from 5-7 weeks! This is due to current shipping delays which I do not unfortunately have any control over. However we are NOT responsible for any problems on the end of USPS. All issues with USPS must be handled with USPS.

Any orders sent out and RTS both nationally and internationally must have shipping paid for again through the RTS listing AFTER you have contacted me about said RTS order.

You have purchased artfully made jewelry. Take caution as you wear and display your art jewelry and use it only for that purpose. You assume the entire risk arising out of the use or performance of the jewelry.

The artist and/or manufacturer assume no liability to you or others.

Indemnity

When you purchase a piece of jewelry, you agree to fully defend and indemnify artist/manufacturer from any and all claims, liabilities, and costs (including reasonable attorney’s fees) related to (1) your use of the jewelry or (2) your misuse of the jewelry and 3) any violation of the terms and conditions of these disclaimers.

Limitation of Liability

In no event will artist and/or manufacturer be liable, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, for any incidental, special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages; including, but not limited to, damages for any loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience, commercial loss, or lost profits, savings, or revenues to the full extent such may be disclaimed by law.
